Their clearance services includes packing and removal of all saleable items from the property. This includes lofts, garages, sheds and outside houses if required. They will clear white goods, washing machines, fridge freezers, dishwashers etc, providing they are disconnected first. They will clear all electricals except ovens wired into the mains. For an additional fee they can thoroughly vacuum, clean and wipe all surfaces including skirting boards.

Platinum Service:

Full house clearance including one out building – Clear, donate, recycle and waste removal of full contents includes all labour, transport and removal of waste. One to two bedded house – from £1,000. Three to five bedded house – from £1,500. Specialist clearance for difficult jobs for any size property £2,200.

Gold Service:

Full house clearance – Clear, donate, recycle and waste removal of full contents includes all labour, transport and removal of waste. One to two bedded house – from £1,000. Three to five bedded house – from £1,500.

Silver Service:

Clear a property of remaining unwanted items after a sale or bereavement. Includes all labour, transport, removal of waste facilities. From £750.

Bronze Service:

Mini clearance. Perfect for a declutter of junk, rubbish or cleaning of a garage, a shed or a loft. From £500.

Man with a van:

Single item pick ups/ day hire. This includes labour and transport, can lend itself to collection or delivery of large pieces of household furniture. From £30 per item. Two men with one van – From £65 per hour.
