Terms and Conditions

We often run competitions through our social media feeds. Please see below for full terms and conditions of all competitions:

1. Closing date for entries is (date specified on post)
2. Winners will be notified via Facebook on the (date specified on post)
3. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
4. Employees of The Grove shopping centre, its stores, and any agencies connected with the competition and their families, are not eligible to enter.
5. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Grove, nor any connected agencies, accept liability for entries that have been lost or stolen.
7. Only one entry per person will be counted (where specified).
8. Competition prize must be collected from The Grove Management Suite / or store strictly within 2 weeks of being notified of the winner (through an announcement on social media or comment on entry) and must be claimed within 3 days of being notified. Otherwise, the prize may be awarded to an alternative winner.

9. For prizes requiring collection, prizes will not be posted or couriered even if the cost is covered by the winner.
10. There is no cash alternative available.
11. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
12. Your email address may be used for future The Grove news and promotions.
13. The Grove has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time
